Split-Systems
A split-system air conditioner consists of an evaporator coil located in an indoor cabinet in a basement, closet, or attic 鈥� plus a condenser and compressor located in an outdoor cabinet. It provides both heat in the winter and cool in the summer without the need for a separate furnace or window unit. If your home already has a furnace but no air conditioner, a split-system is the most cost-effective choice for your home.
